It depends entirely on what the examination found. In practice, a treatment at Vitalign usually draws on some combination of the following.
Adjustment
A controlled force applied to a specific joint, in a specific direction, to restore movement where movement has been lost. The emphasis belongs on specific: the value is in moving the segment that is not moving well, and leaving alone the ones that are.
Soft tissue work
To the musculature around the affected region, which is typically guarding or carrying load it was not designed for.
Prescribed rehabilitation
Adjusting a joint restores movement. It does not, by itself, change the loading pattern that took the movement away. That is what exercise and PowerPlate work is for, and it is the part that determines whether you are still well in six months.
Where the presentation calls for it
Erchonia cold laser therapy, or a structured course of spinal decompression on the Chattanooga Triton DTS.
Not everyone needs all of it. Most people need one or two.
